| Abstract: | Digital Video (DV), Global Positioning Systems (GPS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) may be combined to produce a digital building spatial database for the support of municipal or metropolitan government strategic urban planning processes. This low-cost approach to spatial data capture may provide support for urban planning decision-making processes in developing countries. |
