Abstract:We introduce a principle of parallel optical processing: modulation-frequency-encoded multi-wavelength laser excitation, fluorescence detection with a single detector, and Fourier analysis decoding. As an example, we demonstrate simultaneous detection of DNA fragments from different origins.
