Abstract:Modulation-frequency-encoded fluorescence excitation enables the identification of end-labeled DNA samples of different genetic origin during their electrophoretic separation, opening perspectives for intrinsic size calibration, malign / healthy sample comparison, and exploitation of multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification.
