Abstract:	Bij de beoordeling van de waarschijnlijkheid van nieuwe schade in het geval van het beëindigen van een antidumpinrecht komt de Commissie een ruime discretionaire bevoegdheid toe. De Commissie dient de communautaire verordeningen inzake anti-dumping in het licht van de WTO-antidumpingovereenkomst te interpreteren.
