| Abstract: | For a class of nonlinear systems with switching input, a controller is designed which achieves tracking to a desired state. The stability of the open- and closed-loop system is studied under the assumption of a common Lyapunov function. The results are motivated by and applied to an experimentally validated model of a bulk storage room for food products. It is shown that for this model a controller with excellent robustness and performance properties can be designed. |
