| Abstract: | Fluorescence from different emitters (labeled biomolecules) with distinct absorption wavelengths is encoded by uniquely modulating each excitation beam. Detection by an ultrasensitive, albeit color-blind photomultiplier and subsequent Fourier analysis reveals the origin of each signal. |
