| Abstract: | Microparticles, nanospheres, and micellar-like nanoparticles based on PTMC and mPEG–PTMC amphiphilic copolymers were prepared by double emulsion, single emulsion and salting out methods, and by conditioning of mPEG–PTMC films in water of 37 °C. The microparticles could effectively be loaded with hydrophilic compounds like BSA, lysozyme, and Coomassie® Brilliant Blue; the nanoparticles were effectively loaded with the hydrophobic drug dexamethasone. The release of these compounds is sustained and complete in 14–60 days |
