Abstract:	A general computer program has been developed for the calculation of equilibrium concentrations in complex systems. The use of the reaction extents as master variables in the equilibrium constant equations yields a considerable saving in computer time in comparison to existing programs. The setting up of the equations for the calculations from the chemical equilibria can be automated.
