| Abstract: | We discuss service delivery aspects in a reconfigurable photonic access network. The network is viewed as a stack of logical PONs in which a DWDM overlay is used over TDM PONs operating in their native format. The use of optical routers in the network allows for a dynamic change in the network topology to optimize the bandwidth delivery to end users. The issues related to providing services to the customer in such a scenario is discussed in the paper |
