| Abstract: | Fully vectorial 3D frequency-domain simulations of vertically coupled integrated-optical microdisk-resonators are described. The 'rigorous' coupled mode theory model combines numerically computed bend modes of the cavity disk and guided modes of the straight bus waveguides. |
