| Abstract: | A novel quench-flow microreactor with parallel reaction lines for high-throughput kinetic studies was designed, fabricated, and tested. The parallel organic reactions can be initiated, controlled and chemically quenched on the chip for each reaction line independently. The simultaneous conversion of substrates to products in 4 loops was monitored by UV-Vis absorbance measurements. Proof of principle of the concept was obtained by a kinetic study of a Knoevenagel condensation reaction. |
