| Abstract: | An inductor-less LNA-mixer topology merges an I/Q current-commutating mixer with a noise-canceling balun/LNA. The topology achieves >18dB conversion gain, a flat NF<5.5dB, IIP2=+20dBm and IIP3=-3dBm from 500MHz to 7GHz. The core circuit consumes 16mW and occupies less than 0.01mm2 in 65nm CMOS. |
