| Abstract: | A model is presented for the rotating ring-ring electrode. Although the electrode is defined by four characteristic lengths, it is shown that the collection efficiency depends on only two dimensionless parameters. A simple relationship between these and the corresponding parameters for the rotating ring-disk electrode is pointed out. The model is verified by experiments with the ferricyanide/ferrocyanide system at gold electrodes. ©2000 The Electrochemical Society. All rights reserved. |
