Abstract:	Prestatiemetingen en communiceren over prestaties met stakeholders is geen vanzelfsprekende zaak voor (publieke) serviceorganisaties (Hernon, 1998). De Belgische en de Nederlandse spoorwegen zijn voorbeelden van serviceorganisaties die sterk in de belangstelling staan.
