| Abstract: | Aanbestedingsprocedures, al dan niet Europees, zijn niet zoals vaak gedacht een puur juridische aangelegenheid. Bestuurders en politici kunnen het verloop en de uitkomst van het proces sturen, mits ze goed beseffen op welke momenten hun invloed van belang is. Ook biedt het proces bij bepaalde onderdelen de mogelijkheid de CDA-uitgangspunten in de praktijk te brengen en het CDA-beleid te realiseren. |
