| Abstract: | In this paper mixed integer linear programming models for customizing two-stage tests are given. Model constraints are imposed with respect to test composition, administration time, inter-item dependencies, and other practical considerations. It is not difficult to modify the models to make them useful in constructing multistage tests. |
