| Abstract: | Nanotechnology can be defined as the design and synthesis of functional materials within nanometer scale in at least one dimension (up to 100 nm) and control and exploitation of (novel) properties and phenomena in physics, chemistry and biology depending on this length scale. The study and exploration of the potential properties of nanocomposites is the motivation of this thesis. |
